Using the player’s air, the sound of the waves is evident at the beginning and the end of the piece. Whilst nodding to its Celtic roots, Scarista Breeze has a distinctly modern feel to its phrasing.

Description
A hypnotic piece capturing the emotion and isolation of the Scarista beach in the Outer Hebrides. Great for working on using mordents in a folk style. The evocative melody while nodding to its Celtic roots has a distinctly modern feel with its phrasing and the piano voicings used in the accompaniment.
This would suit players of around grade 5.
